New York City

A Brooklyn-based, City-certified WBE that helps NYC agencies explain programs clearly to New Yorkers in all five boroughs, in any language they speak.

Capability summary

Built in Brooklyn for City programs

We help City agencies and authorities turn complex programs, policies and service changes into communications residents actually read and act on. That means public awareness campaigns, multilingual outreach materials, community engagement, media, digital and event support, planned and produced by one team.

Through our network of professional translation and interpretation partners, we produce materials in any language a program needs, reviewed by native speakers for clarity and cultural fit.

Agencies can work with us quickly. We’re an SBS-certified WBE, enrolled in PASSPort and registered in FMS, so an award can be issued through the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, up to $1.5M.

How to buy from us

Three ways NYC agencies work with us

M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase

City agencies may use the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method for purchases up to $1.5M from City-certified M/WBEs, subject to the Procurement Policy Board Rules (PPB Rules § 3-08(c)(1)(iv)). We are a City-certified WBE and enrolled in PASSPort, so agencies can find us and issue awards there.

M/WBE goals on City contracts

Under Local Law 1, City contracts carry M/WBE participation goals. Primes, construction managers and design consultants can count our work toward their WBE goals.

GSA MAS where it applies

Where cooperative purchasing applies, agencies can order against our GSA MAS contract 47QRAA25D00AA.

Differentiators

Why agencies and primes choose us

  1. Certified and contract-ready

NYC and NYS certified WBE, SBA-certified WOSB and EDWOSB, a SAM-verified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) designation, a GSA MAS contract, active SAM registration and PASSPort enrollment.

  2. One accountable lead

Our Founder & CEO stays on the account after award. Strategy, creative, outreach and reporting sit under one roof.

  3. Plain, accessible language

Written and designed for residents who will read it on a phone, a lamppost or a school bulletin board, in the languages they speak.

  4. Measured

Every campaign carries outcome-focused reporting, so you can show what reached whom.
