We plan the strategy, design the materials and produce the campaign ourselves, in any language a program needs.
We’re certified under Executive Law Article 15-A and listed in the NYS Directory of Certified Firms. That means two easy ways to work with us:
- Agencies can use discretionary purchasing for certified MWBEs, up to $1.5M (State Finance Law §163(6)).

Three ways NYS agencies and primes work with us
Discretionary purchasing
As an NYS-certified WBE, we are eligible for New York State discretionary purchasing by state agencies and authorities, without formal competitive bidding.
MWBE goals under Article 15-A
State contracts carry MWBE participation goals, with a 30% statewide goal. Prime contractors on NYS projects can count our work toward their WBE utilization goals.
Competitive and designated solicitations
