What does a public awareness campaign agency do?
It helps an agency get one clear message to the people who need it and move them to act, such as signing up, getting a check-up, slowing down or using a new service. The work covers research, messaging, creative, translation, media, community outreach and reporting.
How long does it take to launch a public awareness campaign?
It depends on the scope. A small campaign with a few assets moves much faster than a citywide campaign with research, translation and paid media. We build the schedule backward from your launch date and your approval steps, and confirm it before work starts.
Can you produce campaigns in multiple languages?
Yes. We plan each language version from the start and lay it out with the same care as the English one. Translation follows the language access requirements of your agency, such as the citywide languages New York City agencies use under Local Law 30.
How do you measure a campaign?
We agree on the measures at kickoff, such as reach, site visits, sign-ups, calls or event turnout, and report against them during and after the campaign. We do not promise results we cannot track.
Do you plan and buy media?
We plan and manage paid digital and social media, and we can coordinate transit, out-of-home and print placements as part of a scope.
Can a prime contractor bring you in for the outreach part of a larger contract?
Yes. Engineering, construction and consulting primes can hand us the public outreach and communications scope, and our certifications can count toward participation goals where they apply.
Are the campaigns on your website real?
Our Touro University work was delivered in 2025. The public-sector campaigns shown on this page are independent concepts. They show our thinking and were not commissioned or approved by any government agency.
